At PIXEL LABS SOLUTIONS SLU we process the personal data you provide for the following purposes:

  • Send quotes or information about requested services.
  • Maintain contractual relationships with clients during service delivery.
  • Comply with legal obligations applicable to accounting, tax and administrative matters.

We do not use data for profiling, targeted advertising or commercial transfer to third parties.

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We use the following processors:

  • Resend, Inc. — transactional email provider (USA, under standard contractual clauses and data processing agreement).
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and CDN infrastructure (USA, under a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Addendum).

As a data subject you have the right to:

  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase data when no longer needed.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

You can exercise these rights by sending a request to hola@pixellabs.es attaching a copy of your ID document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (aepd.es) if you consider your rights have been infringed.

7. Security

PIXEL LABS SOLUTIONS SLU applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure an adequate level of security, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls and backups.
