Frequently asked questions

Do you only maintain websites you built yourselves?
No. We take over sites built by other providers. The first week is spent auditing, documenting and stabilising. If the site is in poor shape, we are honest about it and propose an improvement plan before accepting ongoing maintenance.
What about WordPress?
We maintain it. Core, plugin and theme updates, security hardening, backups, uptime. We also offer an alternative: migrating to Astro or Next.js to cut long-term maintenance cost.
How much does a maintenance plan cost?
Corporate sites from €120/month. Online stores from €250/month. SaaS and complex platforms from €600/month. Always includes reserved development hours on top of technical support.
What is an SLA and how does yours work?
The SLA (Service Level Agreement) is the response and resolution commitment. Ours: under 1h for service outages, under 4 business hours for normal bugs, 95% of tickets resolved within 48h. If we miss it, we refund part of the month's fee.
Do design changes or new features count as maintenance?
Up to a point, yes — within the plan's reserved hours. Large projects (new sections, redesigns, complex integrations) are quoted separately, with your accumulated hour pool applied as a discount.
Where do your clients host their websites?
Depends on the case. For corporate sites we recommend Cloudflare Pages (free and very fast). For stores, Vercel or a dedicated VPS. For SaaS, custom infrastructure. Always with the domain and accounts in your name.
